Being named a Top Workplace is a pretty big honor. But the best part about it is that the award is the result of feedback from our employees. In the spring, we conducted our third annual Top Workplaces survey through Energage. Employees have the opportunity to anonymously tell tell us how they feel about their workplace experience. Their feedback is important because it lets us see how we can make our workplace stronger. Every year, we analyze the feedback and look for ways to address any areas where the workforce thinks we need to improve.
Earlier this year, UCOR was named a Top Workplace in the United States by USA Today. We also received a national Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for our compensation and benefits program. Both of these awards were also determined by employee feedback through the survey.
