To the UCOR Workforce:
Last month, I shared the exciting news about UCOR winning the USA Today Top Workplaces award and how incredibly proud I am to be part of this team. That award is a direct result of your honest feedback in our February survey and reflects the “Top Workplace” culture we’ve built here.
We’re not just celebrating this award and moving on. We’re taking your input seriously in the spirit of continuous improvement, aligning with the VPP principle of active employee involvement in making our workplace better. This month, we created a 14-person team of individuals from all different departments—both in the field and in the office—to dive deep into your feedback. They’re pinpointing the most important issues we need to tackle and will be sharing their recommendations with my team in the coming weeks. I will then share with you how we plan to address your feedback.
Our goal is always to ensure UCOR remains an outstanding place to work. You are the reason UCOR has such a stellar reputation. Keep up the excellent work that helps us achieve our mission and, most importantly, stay safe.
