Top Workplaces recognition is based solely upon your confidential, third-party survey input about job satisfaction, recognition, and company culture. Around 40,000 U.S. companies were invited in 2025 to participate in the Top Workplaces survey process, and UCOR is one of only 219 organizations with between 1,000 and 2,499 employees to win this award.
UCOR used previous survey results to develop new employee and team recognition and compensation programs, and we are evaluating the feedback we received from you this year to continue that trend. We are assembling a cross-functional team to recommend how we can continue to build upon our Culture of Excellence that delivers industry-leading cleanup successes and enables modernization opportunities for our DOE client.
