Just like you talk to any assistant, you need to give clear instructions to your AI smart assistant! This is called “prompting.” Don’t forget, AI is a tool. Good tools work best with good instructions.
When you give AI tools clear and specific prompts, they give you the best answers and help you get the results you want.
Here are simple tips to chat with your AI assistant:
- Be specific: Tell the AI exactly what you need. Instead of saying, “Write about marketing,” try, “Write a short, positive social media post about our new eco-friendly product.”
- Give context: Help the AI understand the situation. Tell it who will read the content or what the main point should be.
- Keep it simple: Use easy-to-understand language. Avoid jargon unless necessary, and keep your instructions clear and direct.
- Break It down: For big tasks, split it into smaller, step-by-step instructions.
- Tell it how to respond: If you want a list, an email, or a summary, tell the AI that!
Learning these basic “chat” rules helps you get the most out of your AI smart assistant, making it truly helpful for your work.
