We are moving to a new schedule to launch Project Paragon. Earlier, we planned a split launch, but that has changed. Now, both the Human Resources and Training modules will go live on Monday, Dec. 7.
To prepare for the system switchover, LEARN will be unavailable after the close of business on Nov. 30. We are scheduling training for managers, training points of contact (TPOCs), and the HR and Training teams who will run the new systems. Workers in the field will also take part in training before the launch.
Project Paragon will modernize UCOR’s business systems and make our work more efficient. The new self-service portal will let you quickly update your own information and complete training with ease.
If you have questions about the new system, the project team is available on Teams every Monday and Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m.
