Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee has just released the pharmacy formulary changes for 2026. They regularly review our prescription drug formularies to make sure the drugs we cover are safe, effective, and affordable. These changes can happen any time of the year if:
- New drugs enter the market after FDA approval
- New generic drugs enter the market
- The FDA removes drugs from the market
However, we make most of these changes at the beginning of the year. You can see what’s changing for 2026 by clicking here.
Please check your formulary for changes before annual enrollment ends on November 7, 2025. If you are impacted by any formulary changes, Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN will send you a notification at your home address.
