As previously announced, the 2026 Annual Enrollment has been extended until Friday, Nov. 14, 2025. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee (BCBST) updated the Preferred Formulary and Preventive Drug List for 2026.
Most members will not be affected by the preventive drug list changes that will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2026. However, letters to affected members currently taking medication on the preventive list were mailed a notification by BCBST. If you received a letter from BCBST, please follow the links below for more information regarding any changes.

Please check your formulary for changes before the annual enrollment ends on Nov. 14. Employees still have time to adjust Flexible Spending or Health Savings accounts for 2026.
