Have you been wishing you had a mentor to help you move forward in your career?
UCOR has an active Mentor Program as part of the Total Career Management Services (TCMS) program.
A new space has been added to UCOR Hub with information on how the program works, what is expected of both the mentor and the mentee, forms to fill out to find a mentor or to be a mentor, and more. The initial commitment is six months and the TCMS team works alongside you to facilitate your journey.
