This dedicated team of professionals works tirelessly behind the scenes to support every single one of us: Mary Alice Douglass, Kelly Cobb, Allison Lloyd, Amy Morgan, Carol Russell, Sheila Seabolt, Cristy Martin, Tina Shewbrooks, Darris Upton, and Maddy Lindeman.
Our HR team does so much more than just handling paperwork. They are involved in everything from finding new talent to join UCOR to helping with career growth and showing appreciation for our hard work. They manage important tasks like recruitment, which means they are often the first point of contact for future UCOR employees, guiding them through the hiring process. They also work hard to ensure UCOR complies with legal requirements associated with HR and that our policies and procedures are administered consistently across UCOR to ensure fairness for all the UCOR workforce.
