Crews maintain decades old landfill

UCOR is continuously taking actions to ensure that our landfills stay safe and effective.  Our landfill team improved stormwater drainage across the landfill cap on a sanitary landfill that has been closed for almost 30 years. The team worked with the TN Department of Environment and Conservation to decide a sustainable, cost-effective approach to improve drainage. That work ensures that the landfill is in great shape for its upcoming 30-year inspection.
