Phil James has been appointed as UCOR’s Project Integration Manager, effective Oct. 6.
In this role, Phil will be responsible for overseeing the successful integration of various project components, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, and driving the achievement of our strategic project objectives. He will play a crucial role in enhancing our project controls capabilities and optimizing our project delivery processes.
Phil brings a wealth of experience to this position in the field of project controls, with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Most recently serving as the Project Controls Services Manager for UCOR. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership in guiding and developing the project controls teams, ensuring the successful planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting of UCOR’s projects valued at up to $8.3 billion.
Prior to this role, Phil held key positions on the prior UCOR contract, supported Bechtel NS&E and the Y-12 Uranium Processing Facility Project, and Washington River Protection Solutions, where he supported Tank Farm and waste retrieval projects.
