Workforce Spotlight – Jay Hocutt

Jay Hocutt is UCOR’s construction and heavy equipment program manager and the mobile and portable equipment program manager. He has been with UCOR since 2018. After serving in the Army, he became a restaurant manager, certified well driller, and then a safety professional. Jay loves to play guitar and sing.
