We previously introduced Project Paragon as a cross-functional effort to upgrade UCOR’s business systems. The project team is merging the human resources, training, and financial systems into one platform.
This modernization effort addresses long-standing challenges with manual processes, inconsistent data, and limited visibility. Work is well underway as we bring these operations into a unified Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
What’s happening now
The project team is:
- Conducting the second of three prototypes to ensure configuration and test functionality
- Identifying and aligning end users to training needs
- Starting our push to keep you aware of upcoming activities
Where you can learn more
We expect you will start to use the new HCM (Human Capital Management) and LMS (Learning Management System) this October. Because the changes will affect you, we will be sure you have all the training and information you need to be successful in using the new solution. In the meantime:

- Look forward to seeing the system in action in our Block training later this summer
- Keep a lookout for Project Paragon representatives in your upcoming meetings to provide more details
