Senior leadership recently presented the TeamsCount Award to Jeff Brown, Jana Curtis, and Dennis Killingsworth. This team of IT professionals earned the award for its essential work on the Performance Integrated Pipeline (PIP).
The PIP project was crucial for improving POMC efforts. The team built a platform that optimizes workflows. This new platform ensures strong data management and makes reporting simpler. Team members created a controlled process that efficiently guided development, helping the team meet important deadlines. Their ability to prioritize tasks allowed everyone to see progress clearly and stay on track.
Additionally, Jeff, Jana, and Dennis provided clear guidance when questions came up, especially about improving communication between data analysis and IT teams during development. This clear communication helped solve problems quickly as they happened. This approach was so effective that the Analytics team now uses it for all new projects.
Their collaborative efforts successfully created a “self-serve” product. This tool allows end-users to easily see their Performance Objectives, Measures, and Commitments data.
