As you are setting goals and making plans for yourself or your team in the New Year, consider including UCOR’s Total Career Management Services (TCMS) as a resource.
In addition to periodic supervisor training workshops, we support supervisors and managers through team workshops. Those can include:
- Group DISC assessments to help your team communicate more effectively.
- Team Dynamics: We piloted a full-day pilot team dynamics workshop for TWPC. This workshop is available for all teams within UCOR.
- Custom workshops like the half-day Effective Group Leadership workshop we developed for LSIT leaders.
Individual services: Our goal is to add at least 10 individuals to the program each quarter. We work to help you think through the “how” to get there part. That includes:
- Skills analysis: what you have and what you need to develop to reach your goals
- Personal assessment of career strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT)
- DISC assessment to strengthen communication skills
- Mentoring and job shadowing opportunities
