Congratulations to our IT and shipping and receiving teams for getting out a critical international shipment within a 48-hour period. A piece of equipment associated with the MSRE CPS project was grounded at the T2 Shipping and Receiving Facility because certain shipping credentials were needed. IT quickly worked with shipping and receiving to ensure alternative systems were in place for the necessary documentation required for transport.
“When key individuals are empowered to collaborate, there is no logistical hurdle we cannot clear,” said Samantha Dolynchuk, Senior Vice President of Mission Operations.
A.J. Fritts, Warehousing & Logistics Manager, praised the team’s dedication to resolving the non-standard problem under tight deadlines.
“Special thanks to Joe Brummett (shipping and receiving lead), Melissa Freeman (office support specialist), and Mandy Vitello (Chief Information Officer) and their teams,” A.J. said. “Their agility and dedication averted project delays and proved that our cross-functional network is robust, responsive, and fully capable of handling high-pressure demands.”
