UCOR Records Management and Document Control will be rolling out the UCOR Document Management (UDM) application on Aug. 4, replacing the current “Forms and Procedures” system.
The Records Management and Document Control team is conducting information sessions to discuss the move to the new application and highlight some of the new features available to users.
Some of the new features/material include:
- The addition of “UCOR” numbered documents to Forms and Procedures
- Using the new interface to locate and access documents
- How to save layouts and searches
- Searching “Inactive” or “Superseded” documents
- Viewing document history and references
- Acronyms module
