To the UCOR Workforce:

You may have heard a little about a big project going on to modernize UCOR’s business systems—the Paragon Project. When the Training and HR track is implemented this fall, it is going to greatly improve our business efficiency.

Imagine being able to use a personal portal for many of your HR and Training tasks with UCOR, from completing and viewing your training to updating your HR information online. If you’re a manager, you’ll also be able to view and manage staffing and training for your entire department.

A large, multi-departmental team (IT, Training, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Safety, and more) is working on Paragon. All these individuals are doing this work in addition to their normal jobs.

Kala Dickerson is the Project Sponsor, and John Peets is the Project Manager. John and the team are working with Elire Consulting, an expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud software.

I am very excited to see how this is going to move us forward. You’ll be hearing more in the coming weeks as we work up to the October launch.
