In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, the Mental Wellbeing Center will be hosting a new educational workshop on Everyday Mindfulness.
When: Thursday, May 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm
Where: Meet + Train Room, 701 Scarboro
This in-person-only workshop will be focused on:
- Defining everyday mindfulness
- Putting it into practice
- Staying grounded in the present moment
- Living with purpose and intention
