Almost 100 people attended the Women’s Network monthly meeting to hear from women in leadership roles, including two special guests from Amentum and OREM.
During the meeting, multiple topics were addressed by the panel, including specific industry challenges, leadership journey and development in DOE/nuclear, culture and the future of the workforce, and specific questions diving into the world of being a woman in a leadership position.
Panelists included UCOR’s Samantha Dolynchuk (moderator), Jill DeMella, Kala Dickerson, Renee Salazar-Romero, and Ashley Saunders; Amentum’s Cheryl Cabbil; and OREM’s Teresa Robbins.
The next meeting is May 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Y-12 to discuss women’s physical and mental health.
