AI is a powerful tool to help us, but like any tool, we must use it carefully and responsibly. When you work with your AI smart assistant, keep these important points in mind:
- Protect company and personal information: Never put private or secret company information into public AI tools.
- Check AI’s work: AI tools can sometimes make mistakes or show unfair ideas based on the data they learned from. Always double-check what AI gives you; do not just trust it blindly.
- Be open about using AI: If you use AI to create content, let others know, especially in important work or school settings.
- Human judgment is key: Your AI assistant is helpful, but it does not replace your own smart thinking and decision-making. You are always responsible for the work you turn in, even with AI’s help.
- Understand limitations: AI cannot create genuine human connections or always understand complex human emotions and contexts.
By following these simple rules, you help us all use AI in a way that is fair, safe, and helpful for our entire team.
