Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on our new UCOR Hub platform. One of the things we realized is that we need to clarify the purpose of the badges and recognition program in the platform. The badges are for you to recognize or thank a colleague. Badges you award to co-workers show up on their profile pages.
We currently have six badges you can choose from to recognize co-workers but will be adding more.
We also add badges to people’s pages if they have received a UCount or TeamsCount award.
You can recognize a coworker by going to the Recognition page. If you have a suggestion for a badge you would like to have available for this peer-to-peer recognition program, submit your suggestion to Ella Stewart, ella.stewart@orcc.doe.gov, or Susanne Dupes, susanne.dupes@orcc.doe.gov.
