UCOR is performing radiological walkover surveys at the White Wing Scrap Yard, a 100-acre area located between Highway 58 and Highway 95 near Bear Creek. The area is planned for reuse as Orano USA has announced that it is planning to build a multibillion-dollar uranium enrichment plant on a parcel that contains the scrap yard.
