Paragon Project is charging ahead toward an Oct. 5 launch for UCOR’s new HR and learning systems in the Oracle Fusion Cloud. Our HR and Training teams recently finished the first major round of testing—System Integration Testing.
Soon, we will be diving into User Acceptance Testing to make sure the system works perfectly for everyone. Employees also got a sneak peek at the new system during our Block training demo sessions, and our executive sponsor shared a new video outlining our big-picture goals and vision.
As the launch gets closer, we will roll out more training, guides, and resources to get you ready. You’ll have a brand-new self-service portal that will allow you to quickly update your own information and take training.
