UCOR is officially launching an initiative to streamline the required readings across the workforce to improve the quality of training requirements assigned to Training Position Descriptions (TPDs). As a result, you will see changes in LEARN and Electronic Training Forms (ETF). The changes reflect ongoing improvement of UCOR’s training and will not affect UCOR’s ongoing mission and current work.
The Training & Development Program is currently helping TPD owners to identify readings that are appropriate for each department and individual’s scope of work. They are also seeing if any changes are needed.
The training team has wrapped up a roadshow, visiting each project/function to explain the initiative. You will receive reminders via UCOR’s communication outlets until the final TPD review date on Oct. 10.
