This is why the Beat Burnout workshop is so important. This workshop will show you practical strategies to improve your health, get your motivation back, and find more satisfaction in your life.
You will learn how to build resilience, manage your time, and handle stress better. These tools can help you understand why you get stuck in chronic stress and how to stop it.The workshop takes place on Thursday, April 23, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.
