In 2020, UCOR crews demolished the K-1039 telecommunications facilities at ETTP as part of the site’s final cleanup and transformation efforts. K-1039 served as ETTP’s central telecommunications office for more than two decades. The removal of these facilities helped clear the way for the site’s continued redevelopment and commercial enterprise site reuse.
