We have just finished our fifth Top Workplaces survey, and we are excited to see what you shared with us! A huge thank you to the 1,205 team members who completed the survey. The 58% response rate we achieved exceeded last year’s rate.
Some of the most valuable feedback we receive are the comments and suggestions you make in the open text fields. This year, we have more than 3,000 of those. It’s time for us to dig into those to see what we can do to make the UCOR workplace experience even better for everyone.

We will let you know if we make that USA Today list for a third year in a row and if we get a spot on this first Engineering.com list. This summer, we will also find out if your feedback helps UCOR earn a spot on the list of top large businesses in East Tennessee.
