UCOR Benefits previously updated the Summary Plan Description (SPD) for the United Cleanup Oak Ridge LLC Health & Welfare Benefit Plan (UCOR H&W Benefit Plan), which is now in effect. View the document here.
This SPD contains important information on many of the benefit programs offered under the UCOR Health & Welfare Benefits Plan. Updates include new voluntary benefits offered (Group Accident and Critical Illness) through UNUM as well as enhanced Savings and Spending Account programs.
