Members of the sixth Rising Senior Leaders class were recognized during a graduation in February. The year-long program, championed by UCOR President and CEO Ken Rueter, is composed of early-mid career managers who are deemed to have potential to grow into senior management positions and become the next generation of company leadership. The program features regular meetings and frequent interaction with mentors and industry leaders.
