We have set new launch dates for our new HR and Learning systems to give everyone enough time to prepare:
- October 5: New HR System (Oracle HCM) Launches
- October 26: New Learning System (Oracle LEARN) Launches
We moved the Learning system launch to late October to ensure that all field sites are ready to use Oracle.
What You Need to Know
- October 5 – HR system launch: This launch mainly affects the HR team. Field employees do not need to do anything right now.
- October 26 – learning system launch: The extra time gives us more opportunity to make sure sites are ready, provide on-site training, and practice.
- Field training: We are working with field leadership to set up training. Please contact your manager for the exact times and dates
- Classroom training: Managers, TOCS, TPD Owners, and instructors will attend live classes. Watch your inbox for calendar invites in the coming weeks.
- Practice tool: Once testing ends later this month, you can log into a practice version of Oracle to try it out before launch day.
