The Project Integration Team was recognized with a TeamsCount Award last week. The team was recognized for their exceptional efforts in transforming the management of Memorandums of Agreement and Understanding (MOA/MOU) within UCOR. Historically dispersed, these crucial documents now benefit from a centralized, efficient system thanks to their dedication.
Sydney Prepchuk, an intern, innovated by creating a central UCOR Hub page and an intricate, automated database for reporting and metrics. Conard Stair meticulously reviewed, revised, and documented every MOU, strengthening central management and ensuring timely renewals. Shelley Smith diligently migrated all agreements to Documentum, establishing robust revision control and accessibility. Joey Casey, as Project Manager, has been pivotal in overseeing MOA renewals and creation, navigating complexities and fostering critical client relationships. Together, their collaborative work has significantly enhanced program integration, operational success, and compliance.
