UCOR’s Training & Development Program launched an initiative to streamline required readings across the workforce to improve the quality of training requirements assigned to Training Position Descriptions (TPDs).
To achieve this goal, the deadline to make changes needed to TPDs is Oct. 10. This involves identifying readings that are appropriate for each department and individual’s scope of work.
The Training Program is here to help TPD owners and their Training Points of Contact (TPOCs) to successfully improve TPDs.
