Last August, we began the Paragon Project, a multi-year effort to modernize our core business systems. This initiative will unite HR, Training, Finance, Benefits, and Payroll operations on the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.

Our first major task is developing a new Human Capital Management (HCM) System and a Learning Management System (LMS) to support workforce information, recruiting, performance, and training. This month, the project team is reviewing prototypes with HR and Training departments. They will use this feedback to refine the system, ensuring automated workflows, intuitive processes, and improved reporting.
The Paragon Project will empower employees and managers with modern self-service tools, clearer data, and a more seamless experience. This will make UCOR more connected, agile, and ready to meet future demands.
