To ensure we remain fully compliant with our contractual obligations, we are launching a new mandatory Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) training course. When CUI is fully implemented, it with replace the current Official Use Only (OUO) marking system.
The Training Department has worked closely with the Classification and Information Control Office (CICO) to implement this critical training. To facilitate this rollout and meet our contractually mandated deadline per DOE Order 471.7, the LEARN platform has been successfully updated to deliver the training module directly through LEARN.
Why is this training required?
Properly identifying, handling, and safeguarding CUI is a strict requirement under our company’s current contract. Completing this training ensures that we maintain the highest standards of data security and remain in full compliance with our federal and contractual obligations.
