We continue working to improve UCOR Mobile, our employee app. This week, we added two channels through which you can share concerns. On the UCOR Mobile menu, select “Employee Resources.” At the bottom of that screen, you will see two new blocks:
- Use the “Insurance Issues” block to access a form where you can let the Benefits Team know about any issues you are having with your company health insurance. You will need to include your name, email address, and phone number so that a Benefits representative can reach you.
- Use the “Employee Concerns” block to share issues or concerns with our Employee Concerns Manager. You can enter your name, email address, and phone number if you want to speak about the issue further. However, those are not required so you can submit concerns anonymously if you choose.
In addition, we have added the “Emergency Actions Guide” under the Safety menu.
How to download the app
If you haven’t already downloaded the app, here’s how to do it:
- Android devices: In the Google Play Store search for UCOR Mobile and install it. No password required.
iOS devices: Apple hosts UCOR Mobile as a private app. Use this link to download the app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ucor-mobile/id6746215496. Again, no password required, no information collected.
