Today is National Employee Benefits Day. Benefits (insurance, retirement, etc.) are important to all of us. Every year in the fall, we get that email telling us it is time for benefits open enrollment. While that’s a once-a-year activity for most workers, UCOR’s Benefits team works all year long to find the best insurance options (medical, dental, vision, etc.) for us and to help us manage those throughout the year. Their work also includes our 401K program.
