As Mental Health Awareness Month is coming to an end, remember to stay engaged, take action, and be an advocate. As lead counselor Kenneth Williams states, “We all want to live better lives. The real question is, ‘What do I do next?’” Make sure you are taking advantage of opportunities to increase your awareness, invest in yourself, and be there for others.
The Mental Wellbeing Center is a free resource that can provide information, tools, care, and support to help you navigate life and achieve your goals.
Reach out to the Center team to find out how you can get more engaged and strengthen your mental wellbeing. The Mental Wellbeing Center is conveniently located at 100 Union Valley, Suite 116, just down the hall from UCOR Health Services.
