For the fifth consecutive year, UCOR was named by the Knoxville News Sentinel as one of East Tennessee’s Top Workplaces. Seventy-one small, medium, and large East Tennessee companies were recognized at the awards event last Thursday at the Mine & Mill.
UCOR was one of 30 winners in the large business category, which also included Oak Ridge Schools. The recognition is a direct result of your responses to the Top Workplaces survey we conducted in February.
UCOR small business partner RSI was also named a winner in the mid-size business category on Thursday.
In addition to this award, UCOR has also been named as a USA Top Workplace by USA Today for three years and was included in the inaugural Top Workplaces in Engineering award this year. We have also received multiple Culture Excellence awards compensation & benefits, employee appreciation, employee well-being, professional development, and work-life flexibility.
