Stella Betts of New Washington, Ohio, expects to graduate from Purdue University in May 2026 with a degree in nuclear engineering. This summer she will be working as an engineering nuclear safety intern. Stella has previous experience through undergraduate research at Purdue working with liquid metal experimental set up. In her free time, she enjoys reading, quilting, sewing, etc. Stella hopes to gain experience working in the industry and to make new connections through the UCOR internship program.
