Burnout not only affects individual employees but can also impact team morale, productivity, and overall success. In addition to attending the workshop yourself, here are a couple of steps you can take to help build a stronger team:
- Watch for warning signs: Learn to spot the signs of burnout in your team members, such as increased absenteeism, decreased engagement, or uncharacteristic negativity.
- Encourage workshop attendance: If someone might be showing signs, encourage them to attend the Beat Burnout! Workshop on Thursday, April 23, from 11 a.m. to noon. They can participate online or in person at the Meet+Train room, 701 Scarboro Road. Those attending in person must register by Monday, April 20, by emailing madeline.lindeman@orcc.doe.gov to ensure we have a lunch ready for them.
By taking these steps, you help contribute to a healthier, more productive, and more resilient team. Your support can make a huge difference in your coworkers’ well-being and their ability to thrive.
