If you need to file a claim for your Critical Illness or Accident policy, the quickest way is through your MyUnum for Members online account at services.unum.com or the MyUnum mobile app. Phone support is also available at (800) 635-5597. Remember, Group Accident Insurance helps with accident-related injuries, and Group Critical Illness Insurance provides a lump sum upon diagnosis of a covered illness. Common Be Well screenings include annual physicals, cancer screenings, and cholesterol checks. To claim your $50, just provide your full name, policy or Social Security number, and test details (name, date, physician, facility). Get all the details about your Be Well Benefit.
