Effective today, Environmental Services is becoming the Environmental Operations organization.
This restructuring is designed to improve operational efficiency and strengthen project delivery. The organization will continue to provide critical environmental support within a project execution framework, with clearly defined scope, schedule, and cost expectations. This approach will better support DOE’s mission and execution of the ORR Cleanup Contract.
Paul Scott will serve as the Director of Environmental Operations, reporting directly to Larry Ling, Senior Vice President of Administration and Business Services.
Paul brings 27 years of experience supporting DOE’s Environmental Management cleanup mission, along with proven leadership and operational expertise. Since 2011, he has served in multiple roles within UCOR’s Waste Management organization, including the last seven years as Waste Integration Manager. In that role, he successfully managed all deployed staff supporting waste management activities. His experience and leadership position him well to guide Environmental Operations through this transition and strengthen its support of project execution.
Please congratulate Paul on his new assignment and provide your full support to the Environmental Operations team as it transitions to this new operating model.
