The UCOR Records Management Group will be conducting a comprehensive records inventory across all Projects and Functional Organizations. This effort will encompass hard-copy (paper) records, electronic records, and electronic systems.
We will reach out to each project/organization to schedule a formal meeting at a mutually convenient time. During these sessions, we will gather detailed information about all records created or received by your group and compare them against the current UCOR File Plan to ensure compliance with DOE O 243.1C and confirm accuracy and completeness. As part of this process, we kindly request that each organization designate one primary point of contact to serve as the liaison for any follow-up communication, including potential reconciliation or updates to the File Plan.
We are excited about this collaborative initiative and look forward to partnering with all Projects and Functional Organizations to strengthen and enhance the overall Records Management Program. Your participation and support will be greatly appreciated.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions in advance of our outreach.
