As part of the new Swift Observation Capture (SOC) application, employees can use the SOC application to submit issues from one convenient location. The SOC app contains the Safety Observation Card, iQuestion, and Compliance Issues functions. Compliance issues will go directly to the email listed below. The UCOR Contractor & Performance Assurance team will screen, input into the issues management system, and process to resolve the issue. Every voice is important at UCOR. Issues management is essential to create a safer work environment.
