Team members have made great use of the new peer-to-peer recognition program in UCOR Hub. The Community Recognition program has six badges that let you acknowledge your colleagues. Even though the program was only live for two months in the 4th quarter, 159 badges were awarded.
Thanks to everyone who showed their appreciation to co-workers. Every quarter we will recognize the person who receives the most badges during the quarter that the person who awards the most badges as our way of saying thanks for your engagement with your colleagues.
