UCOR President and Program Manager Jim Blankenhorn spoke at the Young Professionals Network today. As part of an “Ask Me Anything” session moderated by UCOR’s Chief Regulatory Officer & Environmental Strategy Manager Ashley Saunders, Blankenhorn shared advice to approximately 40 attendees. Topics of discussion included qualities of a successful employee, how workers can share new ideas or feedback, and how to leverage the strengths of our multi-generational workforce.
