This week’s focus is momentum–the steady forward movement that builds when small, intentional actions begin to add up.
Momentum doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly. It comes from showing up consistently, even in small ways. By now, you may have noticed patterns forming, habits taking shape, or simply a greater sense of awareness around your choices—and that’s progress.
As you move through this week, consider reflecting on:
- What’s been working well for me so far?
- What small actions have I been able to repeat consistently?
- How can I build on what’s already moving me forward?
Momentum grows when we recognize what’s going right and choose to keep going. Sometimes that means maintaining your current pace. Other times it means making a small adjustment to stay aligned.
If you’re participating in Better Together, this is a great time to acknowledge progress with your partner and encourage one another to keep moving forward. If you’re not part of the challenge, take a moment to recognize any positive momentum you’ve built—no matter how small.
