Kudos to Logan Coffey, Patrick Gilmartin, and Tanner Holsomback for receiving a TeamsCount Award this week. The award recognized the team’s efforts in establishing the infrastructure needed to support bringing Beta-4 to the pre-demolition work phase.
That work included relocating infrastructure from Alpha-2 to Beta-4 and providing engineering support to the project. Among the challenges they had to overcome were long lead procurement of critical electrical components and the lack of cleared escorts to be able to deliver trailers inside the protected area. That one they met by performing the function themselves. The team’s project management and engineering expertise were critical to keeping the project on track to hit both cost and target schedule fee milestones.
