To the UCOR Workforce:
I am pleased to announce changes to our senior leadership team and organization. The changes the leadership team and I have made positions UCOR for the future, increases our organizational efficiency, and better aligns with our client. Our reorganization is built around mission delivery, both Operations and End State Delivery, and supported by matrixed functional organizations. The reorganization takes advantage of consolidation and the establishment of centralized functional programs that in turn support our mission organization in a matrixed configuration. These changes enable mission delivery and performance under our Culture of Excellence, position us for continued success, and better support our workforce.
End State Delivery, led by Clint Wolfley, is being elevated to the Office of the President. Jay Mullis will head the new Nuclear and Waste Operations organization. Both Clint and Jay will report to me as Senior Vice Presidents of their respective organizations.
We are reorganizing the capabilities under the following organizations: Chief of Staff, Administrative and Business Services, Safety, Security, Health and Quality Assurance, and Engineering, which will continue to be led by:
- Jamie Standridge, Chief of Staff
- Larry Ling, Sr. Vice President of Administration and Business Services
- Tim McEvoy, Sr. Vice President of Engineering
- Jimmy Hughes, Sr. Vice President of Safety, Security, Health, and Quality Assurance
We are creating a new Mission Operations organization which will be established and led by Sam Dolynchuk. Finally, Sean Dunagan will assume the role of the newly created Deputy Program Manager position as part of the Office of the President.
Jay, Clint, Sam, Jamie, Larry, Tim, Jimmy, and Sean will report to me. These changes are effective April 13.
Please join me in congratulating our senior leadership team and please continue to support them as they move into their new roles. Over the next several weeks, additional organization changes and realignments will be announced. These changes will help us continue delivering for OREM and performing at a level that makes UCOR a benchmark in the DOE complex.
Change can be challenging and distracting – our intent is to execute this change with minimal impact on safety, the workforce, and mission delivery. To that end, I need everyone’s help. As our team finalizes the organizational structure, I ask each of you to continue to stay focused on the work at hand, continue to work safely and compliantly, and continue to work diligently in your current role.
Thanks for all that you do.
Best Regards,
Jim Blankenhorn
UCOR President and Program Manager
